Introducing SANCTUARY, our Island Spirit 37 Catamaran with four queen size staterooms, two heads, spacious accommodations, fast and smooth sailing, with modern conveniences and plenty of shade! We are available anywhere in the Caribbean at weekly or daily "crewed" rates that are often less than the typical "bare boat" cost--and we include Captain Mark and a whole lot more! (See rates below)

Each year our base will be the British Virgin Islands from October (when we will attend the Interline Airline Regatta and Foxy's Cat Fight) until mid December. Then you can find us on islands such as St. Martin (early March) and Antigua (late April) as we follow the major Caribbean Sailing Regattas and attend their parties and festivities! (See regatta schedule below) These "racing chasing" trips offer per night single or double occupancy (instead of weekly) rates; see the Airline Flyer for more information.

SANCTUARY weekly rates--8 days, 7 nights (other crewed and bareboat yachts offer 7 day rates, so because we charge by the night, you get an extra day FREE!):

High Season:
December 15 -April 30 = $5,000 / week for 4-6 people
Low Season: 
May 1 - December 14 = $4,500 / week for 4-6 people
Discounted rates available for less than 4 people, call for details.

Daily rates when and where available--does not include some fees and costs--are $100/person/night based on double occupancy, $175/person/night single occupancy.

Regatta rates--includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks--are $110/person/night double occupancy for 8 nights, $125/person/night for 4 nights, and $195 for single occupancy 4-8 nights.

Food is purchased on site and your party reimburses OBT at cost upon arrival.  (Not applicable for scheduled regatta weeks.)  Menu and food and drink preferences are discussed prior to provisioning.  For a partial meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks, add $25/person/day ($700-$900/week), all guests must agree.

SANCTUARY is not available July 9 - Oct 10, 2010.  Will be available in St. Lucia and The Grenadines May - July, 2011

Weekly and Regatta Rates include: The spacious catamaran with 3 available double staterooms (sleeps 6 guests comfortably), Captain Mark's 30 years of experience, insurance, water, fuel, mooring fees (cruising and park fees may be additional), and the popular souvenir coffee table photo book (click here for example; additional cost for Regatta guests) - Gratuity is optional, (15% is traditional), but having fun is not an option!!

June 8-15, June 18-26: British Virgin Islands.  Booked.        

June 28 - July 8, 2010: British Virgin Islands, The Travel Talk On Line Flotilla.  A large pack of local and chartered yachts all dropping anchor at a different harbor each night, including Anegada, and having a party!  Space is available at the special rate of $75/$125/night/stateroom (double/single occupancy); includes breakfast, drinks and snacks!!--no minimum number of guests.

July 11- Oct 10, 2010:  British Virgin Islands.  Not available.

October 9-24, 2010: British Virgin Islands.  The Interline Airline Regatta, October 12-20, (a regatta party week, see Airline Flyer)  A wild eight days of charter boat racing with even wilder parties every night, co hosted by IslandPartySpots.com.  All inclusive rates for singles and couples, multiple boats with Ocean Breeze Tours likely, so sign up fast!

October 27-November 3, 2010: British Virgin Islands.  Foxy's Cat Fight Race; SANCTUARY is the two time defending Under 40' Champion.  Booked.

November 5-December 12, 2010: British Virgin Islands.  Available for group/private charter.

December 17-27, 2010: St. Martin, Anguilla and St. Barths. Available for group/private charter.

December 29 - January 5: St. Martin and St. Barths.  New Years Eve in St. Barths!  Booked.

January 6 - Feb 28, 2011: St. Martin, Anguilla, St. Barths, Antigua and maybe Guadeloupe.

March 1- March 6, 2011: St. Martin.  The Heineken Regatta ( a regatta party week)
